This is a full time position although some flexibility of schedule is possible. Travel within Oregon will be required.
Lead program planning and development. Pro-actively engages with multifamily team and other CSG departments to optimize program design and implementation strategy in a way that supports multifamily and other programs as possible
Develop annual program work plan to exceed the goals in the annual Statement of Work
Successful fulfillment of the multifamily Statement of Work and corresponding performance goals. The multifamily program includes the following key components:
Free multifamily building energy efficiency assessments
Education and outreach to multifamily owners and property managers on the multifamily program, energy savings opportunities, and incentives available through the program
Incentive application processing and customer service to program participants
Completion of Oregon Business Energy Tax Credit initial application paperwork for clients
Develop and maintain Trade Ally contractor network to support program outreach and implementation
Perform quality control inspections on completed energy efficiency retrofits
Direct regular tracking, evaluation and reporting of performance as related to key program metrics, including completion of monthly, quarterly and annual client reports
Supervise and manage multifamily customer service, outreach and field staff to include performance planning and evaluation, annual reviews, corrective action and hiring among other related responsibilities
Ensure that program design and strategy - including energy efficiency measures, audit services, training, marketing and outreach - reflect strong breadth and depth of industry knowledge
Identify, develop and foster relationships with building owners, property management firms and other current/prospective clients positioned to benefit from, and contribute significant savings to, the multifamily program
Ensure consistent exchange of relevant program information to key internal and external stakeholders
Lead growth in quality and quantity of multifamily trade ally contractor network to maximize network's ability to support program performance
Identify innovative and strategic opportunities to enhance program
Facilitates expeditious and effective problem-solving
Respond to media requests, in coordination with marketing staff
Draft public information materials as needed
Perform other job-related tasks as directed
Qualifications:
Experience with energy efficiency programs and technologies such as lighting, clothes washers, weatherization, and HVAC
3-5 years management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good communications with the rest of the CSG team
Ability to build productive relationships with property owners, management companies and trade allies that comprise the multifamily sector
Capable of successfully managing multiple diverse, yet inter-related, program elements to meet program goals
Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to strategically engage stakeholders to inform decisions, build morale and improve program performance
A passion for energy efficiency work
Compensation: Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000. Compensation package includes paid holidays, 80% paid medical, 50% paid dental, paid life & AD&D and paid STD & LTD insurance coverage, plus employer matching retirement plan.
