Position Overview:
The Preserve has a strong and dynamic financial and administrative support team. We are seeking an energetic team player with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting or 5 years related experience working in a non-profit environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem solving skills.
We are looking for demonstrated success in non-profit multiple fund accounting, budget preparation, financial reporting, payroll processing and associated reporting, A/R, A/P, HR/personnel management-related skills including benefits administration and a general, working knowledge of work place labor policies and issues. The position also requires excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as the use of an automated general ledger system.
Compensation: Salary: $40's based on experience.
