Responsibilities:
Act as first contact for customers on incoming calls, coordinate customer paperwork with Sales Department
Understand and verify customer equipment service requirements are met and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Travel to customer sites to assist with set up of new equipment and resolve problems as required with ability to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally
Maintain Field Service tracking system to gauge customer satisfaction
Review final operation of equipment as related to customer specifications
Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to develop new equipment specifications
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical assembly of industrial/capital equipment
At least 2 years, "hands on", experience in electromechanical assembly in the semiconductor or related industries
Experience managing or assisting in the training of customers in the factory, participating in installation and trouble shooting/repair
Must have demonstrated ability to maintain professional communications with the customer at all times
Thorough knowledge of assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, computer familiarity to operate commercial software such as MS Word, Excel, Access, Act and similar programs or equivalent is required
Ability to travel up to 70% both domestically and internationally
Familiar with international quality standards. Must have a command of standard written and spoken English and valid drivers license
